The crash wasn't your fault? We rebuild your car at the at-fault insurer's cost – nothing out of your pocket.
You do not pay for the repair – the at-fault driver's insurer does.
We build the estimate to the manufacturer's standard times, agree it with the insurer and rebuild the car. The insurer settles the invoice directly with the workshop.

Yes – if the crash wasn't your fault and the claim runs through the at-fault party's policy, the insurer pays us directly. If they refuse part of the scope, we tell you before the work starts, not after.
Usually a few working days from submitting the estimate. We start the repair once it's approved, so you never end up with work done and an insurer refusing to pay.
You do. An insurer cannot impose a particular workshop – repairing your car where you trust the people is your right.
It depends on the insurer's decision and the age of the car. We show you what was approved, and if you want genuine instead of aftermarket we cost the difference separately, before any work begins.
Call our tow truck – we'll collect it from the crash site or a car park. That's part of the insurance case too.
